  A player must go to school or reside in league boundaries. Online or home schools do not count. Please have your school fill out/sign the linked form or follow the process below for proof of residency.
• PROOF OF RESIDENCY (In lieu of school enrollment form)
  • One document from each of the three categories below. A copy of each must be provided to our Player Agent.
  • Documents must contain the full residence which includes parent(s) or guardian(s) name, street address, city, state, and zip code information, dated or in force between February 1, 2022 and February 1, 2023:
